Private Yoga Classes & Self-care Presentations
People generally think of private yoga classes as classes to learn how to do yoga. While that is a great reason for a private class, there are so many others. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation are self-care tools that can be used to strengthen the body, retrain muscles, support us in healing injuries and reducing pain, and assist us in dealing with stress.
I offer private yoga classes for individuals, couples, families, or groups -- at your home, in the studio, in your workplace, at your retreat site, or via Zoom. I also offer Self-care Trainings for groups. Here are some sample ideas for private sessions:

- Therapeutic yoga classes, individualized to provide tools for addressing stress or specific issues in your body (yoga for back care, prenatal yoga, yoga to strengthen knees or ankles)
- Group Self-care Presentations, held at your workplace or staff retreat, sharing tools (gentle stretching, breathwork, etc.) to help manage stress and physical tension in the body
- Private Beginner Yoga classes for a singles, couples, families or groups
- Private yoga classes can also a fun addition for an event: a summer gathering, a birthday celebration, or a girls' night. I even taught a private class as part of a bridal shower.
