Yoga Classes ~ Live & Live-StreamingI offer a full, weekly schedule of live and live-streaming yoga classes in Central Maine. My live-streaming class are accessible to anyone in the Eastern Time zone and beyond. I specialize in Yin Yoga and Gentle Hatha Yoga, where we use postures, breathwork, and meditation to increase range of motion, strengthen muscles, retrain the body in proper alignment, quiet the mind, ease stress and anxiety, decrease pain, and increase body awareness. In addition to my weekly class offerings, I also offer private yoga classes and self-care presentations. All of my classes have a "therapeutic" focus and are suitable for all levels and all body types. Beginners and seniors are welcome. (No previous yoga experience required.)

Energy-Infused Massage & Distance ReikiI describe my unique table massage style as "energy-infused massage." In a typical massage session, I will incorporate multiple massage techniques, acupressure, elements of Thai massage, elements of Polarity, and a variety of assisted stretching techniques. As a Master Level Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner, Reiki and IET are organically incorporated into my sessions. The use of essential oils is also a standard part of all of my massages. I also offer Distance Reiki sessions, where I will connect with you "energetically" to share healing and gain insights. Distance sessions include a followup, via phone or Facetime to share insights.
